Just had to put in my .02 cents... Did you know that for just a couple of hundred more anyone could get a modern, dual ball bearing Garrett GT-35r?? If so, why on earth would they spend that kind of dough on an old, inefficient snail??
I think you would seel this faster if you cut the price in half.... that is all that turbo is worth, and thats if it's in perfect shape with no bad seals....
FWIW, I have a old T-36s2 that was sold by Turbo Performance center. I have had the turbo for about 8 years, and loved the turbo. In a CIS car, it would hit a full 1 bar of boost at 2900 RPM's!! and keep pulling to redline. It is a much more efficient turbo than the K-29.....and I possibly coud get around $400 to $500 and its in perfect condition....
So, not to poop in your wheeties...but you may need to change your price if you really want to get rid of it....

don't let anyone bully you...the core value alone is significant if the turbine hsg and t wheel is in great condition.
even at core value you can get a good bit of your asking price. call diesel injection of atlanta and ask for bill hartsell...he will buy it as a last resort. tell him peter brinzey sent you.
best,
pcb

just about everyone who answered your two posts have advised you that the snail that you have is outdated by 5 to 10 years or so... There are MUCh better alternatives out there now...
As far as FerrariPete advised... your turbo might be worth something as a core, or as a diesel turbo... but there are better solutions for a 930....

I just sold two worn K-27's for 750 each three weeks ago when I raced at the Wine Country Classic . Granted it was to a fellow 935 driver so it is specific to our application . I tested with the Nascar boys at open testing the following Wednesday and had plenty of fun with those guys running with two old k27 hairdyers (though I admit I don't like running the NASCAR chute vs the normal turn 4 ) I do not know anything about the Powerhaus turbo and if it incorporates the new shaft designs used today but many think that the new shaft design has passed the current ball bearing turbo's . Personally I do not know.. I hear both. If you find the right person you can probably sell your turbo . I personally felt my GT1 R car performed better with the shaft turbo's vs the ball bearing ones .. I used ball bearing sets designed by both Turbonetics and Gregg at Tial
