the missing lines was the reason I went with the gsf headers. these headers plus the price of the oil lines is about the same price. plus it came with the exaust gaskets still needed to buy the waste gate gaskets and the turbo flange gaskets.

What I explored:
The fitment is not fine, I needed to bend the secondarys.
As I have the equipment, no problem.
If you dont have...bad.
If you put a lineal on one side of the primarys,
I discovered 3mm difference for the middle flange fittment.
Again some bending.
The flanges (cylinder side) with the smaller
tubes welded inside without any real direction
didnt impress me too.
Further, in one of them I found a nearly loose piece metal
where they drilled the hole for the O2 bung.
1: Who put O2 sensor before turbo?
2: This piece of metall would have fast destroyed my turbo.
Overall:
price seems fine, but you get what you pay for!
Inspect them carefully before you put them on your car,
best use endoscope, who knows what is hanging around in there,
waiting to get eaten from your turbo.

Did you get them recently? It sounded like OBX had the flange holes backward originally, I wonder if yours are some of the older models which has some obvious flaws?

As for inspecting the headers for loose material waiting to FOD...ALL new headers should be checked. I used a bottle brush and lots of compressed air to insure things were clean.
As for getting what you pay for: I normally subscribe to this belief...that is until my B&Bs took a dump and they wanted $300 plus all shipping expenses to repair them.
I gotta be honest, I'm much happier looking under my car and not seeing the heater boxes!!!! So much cleaner under there!

It has also been rumored that it's really one company (QSC) making all of these "El Cheapo" headers and then just re-branding them for OBX, GSF, Schnell, etc. Might just be more interweb fairytales, though...

One last thought: if this 930 had been mine from the beginning, I would have gone with either GHL or the SSIs that M&K sell. But it was the previous owner that shelled out all the $$$$ for B&B.

regarding flange hole sizes:
went down in the garage to measure both sets:
both sets have:
cylinder flange holes: 10.5mm approx 0.413 inch
turbo inlet flange: 10.5mm approx 0.413 inch
if the cylinder flange holes would be smaller,
means perfect for 8mm bolt,
you will only have more problems to fit them.
The fitment is exact that bad or good with the bigger holes.
The problem only is, will the smaller "welded on the flange tubes"
go in the cylinder or block before.

Falk,
Were these purchased recently?
I haven't had a chance to install my OBX headers yet and now I am a little concerned.
