The condition of that car seems to reflect the name they're using on it..."RUF"....or better still "rough". That car looks like it's seen some hard driving. when you look at some of the pictures of the paint at an oblique angle...looks like they polished it with a brillo pad.....interior also shows some hard times. I love the Ruf cars, but I think I'd be a little shy on that one. If it were strictly a track car, then I'd expect to see that, but that's not how it's being touted. I imagine if you were to see it up close and personal, you'd see a lot more than the pictures show.

Then lucky Ruf considers Ruf VINs and Ruf conversions to be true Ruf Cars.
Remember, before there was Ruf VINs, all Ruf cars were conversions.

that is high speed tape. it is around $150 a roll. trust me, those wheels are balanced correctly. your comment only shows ignorance.
i have driven this car and it is very fast. the ext/int condition might not be a 10, but when i drove it mechanicaly it was perfect.
never turned on the stereo. it is a bit much.

I think it looks pretty good over all except for the seats and those God awful speakers. I see the boost adjuster in the rear seat area and what looks like a radar detector in the ash tray. Over all I think it might be a good buy if it is as mechanically sound as the guy says.

The description says it has a BTR 2 (maybe it was just a typo - it looks like the regular BTR) engine kit. I think that's a bit misleading since the engine looks like a CIS engine and the BTR 2 that I am familiar with is a 993 based Motronic engine. But be it as it may, it looks like a fine car and I'm sure it will make someone real happy.

I really like this car....the stereo as everyone mentioned is way too much but the components are simply top notch ADS \ Audio Control etc....I would rip them out and retro fit with a nice head unit.
Those Recaros are a big $$$ item too. Many people put weights on the backside of the wheels to hide them, as they look ugly.
Evidently this guy has money....did you see what is in the back ground and his garage?
