Default Heavy moisture on oil cap with overflow tank?

I noticed when I changed the oil the other day there was milky oil on the cap and about 2 ounces of oily water in my breather tank. I realize I don't have the engine's vacuum to clear the moisture in the oil tank, but should I still have this much moisture? Does anyone have a solution?

I do not know the anwser to your problem but where did you get the breather tank from. Beautiful looking engine bay by the way! At least what I can see of it in the pictures.

By breather tank I'm assuming you mean the oil tank? Milky deposits under the oil cap usually means that the oil has not been getting up to temperature and you're getting water condensation under the cap and in the tank. Maybe your thermostat is sticking open? You need to get your oil warmer I think. Good Luck!

The dry sump breather tank is custom. I have a drawing if anyone wants to make one.

I haven't had a long drive lately and it's very humid around here, so hopefully that's all it is.
