Default wur modification help control fuelling??

hi
can yous guys explain what the mod to the warm up regulator does...going to be running 1 bar boost soon when engine is finally back in place in my 1992 3.3 turbo 2 and i believe setting the fuelling to 3% co is correct for this but i believe that it would be running too rich at certains revs etc by doing this and then be down in power?? is this correct and is the mod to the wur help control/stop this from occuring??....any input would be helpfull!!!!

The mod to the WUR reduces system pressure more then stock while on boost.

In the manual it's refered to as "full load enrichment". System pressure is reduced 1.3 bar +/-0.2 bar for the 3.3 Turbo's. For the 3.6T the system pressure is reduced 1.6 bar. The WUR mod would reduce the pressure greater then this stock value. Reducing the system pressure allows the plate to move easier in the CIS manifold, giving more fuel.
