Default Just purchased my first 930

Hello to all on this board.. I have been visiting the 930 section for a while.
I cut the deal to purchase the 87 Turbo listed on this site..
PPI revealed 1% to 1.5% max leakdown on all cylinders,
Compression was 129 to 131 across all cylinders.
Recent top end less that 8k miles ago, also transmission rebuild as well.
Car is just pristine in and out.. Sport seats look as new as does interior. Wheels look as though it just rolled off the line. New glass and weatherstripping. Very nice Stereo install, Driveline components have also been gone through, lowered to a nice ride height, new shocks, brakes, etc.. The car has had a loving and generous owner, who wanted it as perfect as he could get it..Well documented and photographed rebuild. Chassis has 89 K miles and I paid a bit much.. 34K.. However, since everything is freshend and rebuilt,( with a huge amount of money spent) I feel this is a car that will only need routine maintanance, a little rubbing and a bit of driving..
I am excited to be adding one of these to the P car stable.. I will post pics as car rolls of the transport.. As we all know,, this is a great time to take the first pic of any new P car.... Yes!!

I don't think your purchase price was too high for the car you describe. The recent top-end and tranny rebuilds could not have been cheap. Congrats.

Everyone has different opinions of color. I just love red 930s. i just think it matches the temparment of the turbo.

I agree. You did not in any way shape of form pay too much for that car. That is a good price!
