why buy the scoop? I just remove my fog lamp during the summer on that side of the car.

Shockm-
for the 6 days when I knew it was going to be over 90o over the past 4 summers up here in New England, I believe it was worth having additional cooling capacity rather than the 'look and/or function of 2 fog lights' which I have used maybe twice over the same time period.

Are the horns in the same place or ddi you move them to further aid ar flow

Really nice prep on your car. Looks great and must work well too.

Where did you get the diamond shaped mesh used to make the grille over the center oil cooler opening in your front air dam?
I've seen the stainless or aluminum mesh like that on the Mc Master Carr website, but I don't remember if they had it in that size mesh, and you had to buy enough to make 3-4 of them.

I have 1/4" hardware cloth over mine right now, but like the looks of your's way better.

Thanks in advance for any info on where you got it.

It's aluminum, I think we got it from Castle Metal. They refer to it as "expanded metal".
