Guys - Some of you know that I have some really rare pictures, photos, magazines and brochures of Porsches that date back to the '70s, here is a Rinspeed R69 from 1985 that I dug up...its truly gaudy...its truly over the top and its truly '80s excess. This is the ONLY stance in which it looks wicked...the other angles are putrid......I know you all will love this one!

If Porsche made a Testarossa...

 

I've seen pics of the old Rinspeed stuff, and it is all truly nothing less than horrible IMO! Though, I have to admit the front end, at least from that angle, looks pretty decent as far as slantnose conversions go (minus popups, not a fan of popups). I think the worst was probably that "BB Turbo" creation (can't remember the exact name). Thanks Yasin!

Hehe, those are awful pics. But I think we should all be more afraid of the Klan/Ewok convention going on in the background on the second picture......... making the car look, well, positively normal IMO...... :-)

it was featured in a Top Gear episode where Hamster just ragged on it, something about a Liberachi edition Porsche (I can't spell Liberachi, sorry)

 

HATE IT! Testarossa wannabe P.O.S! YUK! Why bother? If you want a Testarossa, go buy one, but why butcher the classic lines of a 911/930? Dr.F.Porsche would be turning in his grave
