Looks like my GHLs are now the limitting factor on my build (3.4 twin plug, etc, etc). What headers are the Big HP guys running. Don't want to reveal my exact BHP just yet, but you can assume it's towards the upper end of the scale...

James, the normal B&B and GHL headers don't work well for high HP applications. I had great success with Bob Holcombe for both headers and headers with heat exchangers. They significantly reduce the backpressure and allow the engine to breathe properly. Reid Washburn also makes a nice inconel setup. I'm sure there are others, but these are the main ones I've dealt with.

James, I had a good nose around your car the other week when I picked mine up, it was up on the ramp in the dyno room and Paul was in the middle of fitting a lovely looking (LARGE) fuel pump, looks like a beast! He said then that the weakest link was the headers, I thought you were going to fabricate a bespoke system and mount the turbo centrally? You weren’t kidding about the large HP numbers by the way, looking forward to hearing more when it's done. Just got back from Le Mans, mine ran without a hitch, think I’ve taken a year off the clutch though

We are going to do the custom headers but needed the car complete before we could do it, so we 'adjusted' the GHLs to take the turbo. Paul and Colin had the car on the road yesterday.... Not slow...

S.Car.Go Racing has Mark Robles in house building all of thier headers. I needed custom ones because I wanted my turbo's in a specific location and actually had to modify my chassis to put them where I wanted them on the side of the motor. Makes well over 700 reliable HP

I have talked to Marco extensively and I am sure his products are great, but his headers apparently hurts the low end performance while producing bigger power up top. Is your goal drivability or just big HP. Regards to everyone I have been MIA my car still is ready and has been undergoing surgery for sometime with a motec efi conversion and G50/50 swap, I will keep you guys posted.

I'm going to sound like a pimp...but their stuff has never let me down in 15 years... they have I would say 'ultra high quality,'
F1 merge style equal length header in T304?? SS..... great scavenging due to design... no tangible limit on HP (3.6's made 700-800 with this header....) and good low end..
1.5 - 1.5/8 - 1.75 primaries and 2 - 2.25 - 2.5 outlets I think.... sits turbo to side so oil drain non-iussue and heat away form engine.... T3 style inlet flanges, TiAl V-Band or 4 bolt w/g flanges.
I have had several pairs on my car s with no issues...
Fitment applications for 911, C2/C4, 993, 996, 996tt. JMHO.... don't know prices (They're generally part of a kit), but can get pics if wanted.......
