14 Pin connector (please help) almost done.

Default 14 Pin connector (please help) almost done.

I am down to mateing up the 14 pin connectors to fire the 930 Carrera up and having a hard time figuring them out, here is what I have.

84 Carrera Euro 14 pin plug 78 930 engine 14 plug
1. Yellow 1. Yellow
2. Red 2. Red w/ white stripe from CDI box
3. Green w/ black stripe 3. Green w/ black stripe
4. Green w/ red stripe 4. Green w/ red stripe
5. Green w/ yellow stripe 5. Yellow w/ green stripe
6. Gray w/ brown stripe 6. Gray w/ brown stripe
7. Free 7. White
8. Brown w/ black stripe 8. Brown w/ black stripe
9. Green w/ white stripe 9. Green w/ white stripe
10. Free 10. Red w/ white stripe
11. Blue 11. 2 Blues
12. Free 12. Black w/ Gray stripe
13. 2 Yellows 13. Brown w/ white stripe
14. Red 14. Red

The # 2 on the engine side comes from the 6 wire harness off the CDI box.
If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

Where is he 14 pin connector? On the side by the CD box or in the back at the fire wall?

When I typed this out I spaced it with the 14 pin Carrera on the left and the 14 pin 930 engine on the right, for some reason it ran together making it hard to read. Hope you can make it out.

The car has a 14 pin connector, the 930 engine hase a 14 pin connector as well, and the 6 wire plug going to the CD box comes off the engine 14 pin harness

I have the manuals, but they don't have the electrical for 84. I'll send you 86 engine electrical if that will work.

I posted diagrams for my 79 930 wiring harness but I don't know how to post a link to it. If you search under my user name for a diagram you should find it. It has the original diagram and a new diagram for the EFI.

David, thanks for replying, your my hero today. I found the post and it seems to be exactly what I have on my engine pin. Now I just need to mate it up with my car.
