I had an older Kokeln (say 5 years old) and it didn't perform! ...could not maintain 1bar boost to red line even though they insisted it would. Had it modified by someone else now it works well.

Folks you must remember that there is a threshold that one can not cross with the amount of air that any turbocharger will produce..
I am sure that Don, Brent and Rob S can chime in with there views about how far they went with CIS fuel enrichment to get there engine enough fuel for there turbo/engines combinations..
Bolting on a GT35R on a CIS engine with camshafts and head porting will result in very high AFR's..

I spent a lot of money to get the right fuel, but the limit was actually on the amount of air I could get through that contorted air intake system and the metering plate. With the fuel head mod and modifying the WUR, I could not have pushed it any further.
