Is it just me or are you no longer able to use the standard fit Cat once you move up to a set of B&B headers? My mechanic is having a hard time refitting a stock cat and muffler so that I can pass emissions in IL.

No, you can use it. The placement of the turbo can not change. The intercooler wouldn't allow fitment either. It will fit.
