Yen. I find my 3.2 carrera easy to stall in traffic. Embarassed myself many times.
My 930 does have a G50 box though. Never stalled the 930 yet.
Usally after stalling I leave lots of smoke and rubber behind

Default I was just at the same crossroads

I was in the market only six months ago. I liked the SC Targa. I nearly pulled the trigger until I drove the 88 Turbo CAB (that I bought). I did not notice the lag until I bought the car and drove it home on a 60 mile trip. I thought it was broken. Well, I have learned how to drive the car. Funny, one of myu first posts here was "is it OK to shift the car over 3500 on a regular basis?" I now have learned the turbo kicks in at 3600 RPM. I have now ordered the Fabspeed duals, a 1 bar spring, K&N box and I am on the fence about a K27 turbo.
The looks of the wide body, the rush of a full out, 6800 red-line second gear leap and that silly third grade smile I get going into third and feel the turbo wanting more . . . . .

Oh, yeah, my vote. TURBO.

Yen,
If you run at 1 bar with the stock intercooler, it's a matter of time before you fry your engine. You need a bigger intercooler especially in our weather.
