Default The Picture

Hi SoFast:

the picture was included in Sameer's post of 5/27. You can't miss it.

As I said Sameer good luck. If you can afford it and have the room to garage it, etc. I would just keep them both. I currently have:

1) 1981 Mazda RX-7
2) The Strosek 930
3) 1986 951
4) !995 Miata
5) 1989 Audi 200 Quattro
6) 1999 Chevy Suburban
7) 1978 Ford Pick Up (everyone needs a rusty old pick up!)
8) 2 Snowmobiles
9) 1991 Sea Ray boat

I just can't bring myself to get rid of any of them (although with the lousy winters we've been having the snomobiles may have to go). If there is a will, there is a way!

I must be blind. If the car we are talking about is the ride Slownrusty posted. I was unsure b/c Sameer never formally posted the picture.

BTW, I have seen the RUF CTR2 posted elsewhere and it is quite nice. But the 930 looks so much sexier IMHO. I would not sell. Plus, if you are not tracking the car Sameer, you have quite a potent car on your hands. Not many cars can touch a 400rwhp Porsche. Plus, the 930 isnt shabby in the handling department either.

Tom,
Thats a lot of cars mate

SoFast,
This ones for you:

Ten years after the CTR´s presentation, the time was right for a successor:
Just like the Yellow Bird presented in 1987, the CTR 2 sports an array of technically innovative features underlining its top position within the RUF model range.

For the first time ever, the combination of carbon fibre brake discs and 19" magnesium wheels is used in a road legal sports car. The 3,600 cm³ flat six twin turbo´s peak power output is 520 bhp at 5,800 rpm. Beyond its aerodynamic use, the CTR 2´s rear wing serves as an airbox and as an inlet to feed the intercoolers.

Apart from RUF sport seats, instruments & gauges, the interior attracts one´s attention with an Integrated Roll Cage which CANNOT be seen at the very first sight.

However, these are only a few aspects of a car the media compare to the likes of the McLaren F1 or the Ferrari F50...

It is a great looking car, and is very aggressive, but I still think your car would be more reasonable moded and it looks like a classic.
