I just bought a beautiful set of rear air vents to put on my 930 and I was wondering if anyone out there had done it before. I'm not sure of the method of welding the vent to the fender where they meet. Did the factory ones use flanges from the fender stock or did they just get welded edge to edge. Als, if anyone has a drawing or template to show the placement, I would love to buy it from you. It's sort of odd but if you look at a lot of side views of the slantnose, it looks like the slats inside of the vents tilt slightly upwards. Take a look and let me know what you think. Rudy
