I'm looking at the following car and since it is a Euro the usual articles do not apply:

You would need to make sure it is DOT certified and that you can get a title and registration. this is an imported car and was not available domestically here in the U.S. in 1983. The car looks decent, but I would want to make sure that a Porsche Turbo specialist did a thorough PPI. Assuming carfax, PPI and the title is clean, I would put the value of this at $25k. This factors in about $5k for it being a euro model (nothing wrong with it, just a perception issue, and the market valuation reflects this.)
