Hey guys,

I have a lull in waiting for the jag irs for my TR7 so I have started working again on the 930 project. At some time the whole roof section was replaced. There is no apparent reason for this other than something must have fallen on the original roof. Anyway, it was done badly and some rust started because of a lack of treatment to the welds and once I removed all the bondo, the welds appear to have been done by a 12 year old! What I want to do is replace the roof section and this time with one that has a sunroof. How much should a roof section from a salvage yard cost?

There are also about 12 coats of paint on this this from all the previous crappy work and I want to have the body dipped to totally strip it. Anyone know of a place in Atlanta that does this and a ballpark figure of what it costs to have a body dipped?

There was a NOS roof section on Ebay not to long ago. It was pretty cheap I thought. Looks like it is still on Ebay:
