1979 Turbo- Help with identifying car
Hi, Im long time rennlister, first time visiting the 930 board. Trying to learn about a collegues 930. Please see attached images below:
Id like to know color and interior and is there any way to learn about options that came with car? Its a 1979 with 50k miles. Appears to be a brown metallic with a cork? interior.

Looks like the door jam paint code says 451 which would be mocha-brown. The exterior pic looks to hold true, but that would mean it’s a single stage non-metallic. The overspray of the chassis Vin pic shows a lighter color maybe Casablanca or Tobacco. Interior is definitely cork with sport seats which is a option. Also passenger side mirror, sunroof, limited slip are also options for a ‘79 930, barring anything special wish. Are you sure its a metallic, looks to be mocha-brown. Any more pics? The COA should tell all.

Shlobeck is correct, car looks like it's Mocha Brown, 419 is not an identified color for 79. Might be a PTS color from Porsche- you need someone with access for factory records or buy a COA from Porsche.

Wanted to circle back and thank you guys for help with color.
Current owner has decided to sell vehicle (hes putting less than 500miles a yr on the car and lately it been closer to 100)
