Whaletail Repair
Hi all,
The rear spoiler on my 79 SC Targa Sport has suffered the dreaded rust bug in it's lower mounting bar (the buried one at the base of the spoiler where it locates to the engine cover). This has allowed all the mounting bolts to pull through with gravity and wind pressure holding the spoiler down.
Fortunately the upper mounting is fine. Has any one repaired or replaced this mounting bar? Is it 'doable'? or do i just get a replacement spoiler?
