The Venetian Blue is going to be a VERY tough car to find. The factory made virtually none. I know this because I have one and have only seen 2 others since 1988 and they were both coupes with linen interior.
My cpe has black interior which is maybe a bit more commonly ? seen than the linen cars ( what I have been told by others which have seen mine and made an offer. It isn't for sale and I have never even considered it, but some folks which have wanted it have made nearly unbelievable offers --- with the plan to sell overseas ).

I wish you well on your pursuits but will say it will be far easier to find one with low miles in either guards red or white which are two of the most common colors on these cars of this era.

For reference, this is my '88.

forgot to mention, holt has an 87 with 15K miles on it. not on the site yet. It's silver on black IIRC. this was as of this past week for $99K

i'm also in the market for a 88-89 3.2, but in the 40-60K range, and 100K miles or less. not sure if i want an all original car or buy something well used and do a full restomod project. anyway, if you see anything that's a good car but too many miles for you, pass it my way!

I should also mention that lower mileage than those offered so far IS a possibility.... ( have you checked out Sloan > like 'em or loathe them, they DO have their fingers in a lot of really great cars ).

The figures I have been offered for mine, which have just a few more than what's been mentioned in terms of mileage, have been around the 95 - 100 mark.
LSD cars, those with full leather, Climate Control system, Sway bars, and sport suspension will be the highest demand cars.

And, for whatever reason ----- perhaps the 'purity' of design, the non -spoilered 911s seem to be very highly coveted. I also think they may well be the least commonly seen.

Adding to the mystique , the 900 code Euro delivery units with all the special things such as ground cloth, safety triangle, gloves, and safety kit ..... all which must be present and accounted for and in good form, give added value and credibility, tho marginal. I cherish this stuff which came with the car I own as the Dr. owned and ordered out unit was picked up in Stuttgart and made it's way around Europe for several months before being shipped by Air transport to the Bay area. The paper trail makes fantastic documentation of a cherished car and lives well lived.

I only mention this because if you see the 900 code on the white build code tag under the hood, make sure and get all of this stuff to go with the car, as oft times they are just left in a box in the original owner's garage closet and later donated to the local thrift store or thrown out. Set by the curb like my neighbor's FUCHS wheels with a placard reading : " For Sale- $100.00."
