Default 911 RS America in Fly Yellow

We have a special guest in our shop this week...a RARE 911 RS America in Fly Yellow! There were only 701 911 RS Americas ever produced, and only FOUR were manufactured in Fly Yellow! We feel privileged to work on this beauty, adding paint protection film to the rare paint color. We are also working on the calipers. If anybody is interested, we will post the final pictures once the work is completed. Check it out:

The paint protection film (PPF) we are using on this 911 RS America is Xpel Ultimate. PPF, also known as "Clear Bra," protects automotive paint from common wear and tear such as: rock chips, bug stains, bird droppings, oils, gravel, tree sap, salt and Magnesium Chloride. With paint protection film in place a car will maintain the look it had the day it left the showroom floor.

Any of you out there 911 RS America owners? We would love to see pictures of your car! Post a photo below.

the 964 guys will probably really appreciate it. IMHO the 964 is amongst the ugliest of the 911 series.
almost looks like they just stuck big plastic covers over the impact bumpers on the front and rear. I realize some people love them , im just not a fan. id love the 3.6 litre twin plug though.

That should be Keith's car, the guy who started and runs the RSA Registry. It's certainly lived a full, happy life.....I'm sure with today's prices he's not subjecting it to track, etc.

You wanted a photo? (Yes, 12 years later the carcass is still around. And probably worth fixing as it's 43K original with a clean title.)
