Front valence

I am installing a front chin spoiler and think it might be easier to remove the valence for drilling, etc. I know there are a couple of bolts on each side, but what else holds it on??

About 6 more bracket/bolt things across the front.

I'm with Juan, far easier to remove it. It's not that hard.
