Replacement stereo for 86' 911
#16
From a former stereo chucker, stay away from the blaupunkt. Poor audio performance and build quality. You cannot beat Alpine for durability, power and performance. Naks make good home equipment but I don't know if they make their own car audio equipment. If they do, I would look at them as well. A place to look for Alpine is stereo advantage (my old shop.) Their web page is www.stereoadvantage.com But they may not have Alpine prices listed because they sell below MAP.
Just FYI, I am installing an Alpine 9805 (CD, good internal power, very plain disply, sub and amp outs), Infinity 462.5 plate 4x6's in the rear pillars, Boston Pro 5.5 in the doors and a single Boston 8.5LF sub in a custom enclosure into the rear deck. All run with an Alpine MRV-F340.
Good Luck.
