Default current 2.7L engine value...?

Hey there, was hoping to get some opinions on the value of a stock rebuilt '74 2.7L CIS engine with about 5k miles, tensioner update, SSI's...thank you.

Hi Marc,

The value of that engine depends on WHO did the work and precisely what was done.

Certainly, its an asset to the parent car that this engine came from, given the rapidly rising values of the '74 cars.

Also you would need accurate documentation of the rebuild as many of the rebuild necessities are hidden within.

I hear often of "rebuilds" which are really just reseals and a few external modifications such as tensioners pop off valves and maybe a valve job.
