Let me make a couple of phone calls.

 

Talked to a mod that said he tried to fix it and it was beyond his access. I also put a call into someone that has the cell number of the RL Admin we affectionately call BTO.... He is on it.

I also reported your post....that should help.

 

OK, here is the scoop.... Even Bob Rouleau aka BTO (Bob The Owner) is locked out. IB is working on it.
