a/c fan on fire
A part of my car was on fire a couple of days ago. Luckily it was only the a/c fan, but it certainly scared me before I realized what it was. When I came home I tried to localize a new fan and I did, ...priced at 200 USD.
Is there any interchange units for a cheaper price that I can use?

I've got a new condensor fan motor for sale for $70.00 shipped:

The condensor fan is the part in the trunk right behind the front bumper. The evaporator fan is farther back in the "smuggler's box" in the floor of the trunk. I think they both take the same fan motor, but you'd want to check the part numbers somewhere.
