Hello all -
I am visiting San Diego/La Jolla for the weekend and would like to see if there any owners of 911 with the 915 and G50 tranny that I could go in a quick ride along. Can't decide between the two and have limited opportunities where I live.
I am turning 50 next year and have decided to treat myself to an air cooled 911 that I grew up lusting after as a kid.
Just need to figure out which one is for me.

Plenty of aircooled 911 variants in Arizona. Now had you said you were an hour north, I would have been more than happy to scare the bajesus out of you with my factory short-shift G-50 monster.
The 915 also get rave reviews. Don't let some tranny get in the way of a good time.
