Default 964 engine reseal - top end rebuild

Dropped off the 964 to deal with a couple of small oil leaks. Whilst the engine was out all the tinware needed replacing. The guys also noticed 2 head bolts broken. With 90k miles we have decided to do a top end on the engine. Glad it's in safe hands. It would have been a waste of time to put the engine back and other bolts to have snapped. All part of the ownership of these cars. The garage is in North London and the head technician really knows his stuff and very reasonable pricing too!

Whoops. Should post in the 964 forum. I guess it does also apply to this forum too.

yeah and who knows, the heads studs could be contributing to your oil leak anyway .
