Texaxgooner,

Where did you get the schematic print out? I could use it as well. Mine seems to be all in order now but still no go.

Also, what years are covered with this washer system diagram?

thanks,

I believe the nozzles are adjusted just like the ones for the wipers. there is a small moveable orifice that can be repositioned to divert flow where you want it. It may be stuck due to corrosion or caking of the fluids, but I got a straight pin and used it to reposition the orifice. Just stick the pin in the end and rotate to where you think the stream of fluid may go. Adjust from there if the stream is not where you want it.

I think the nozzles are adjustable like the ones for the windshield. I use a straight pin and insert it in the center of the small orifice. By moving the pin up or down and sideways, it should position the stream of fluid where you want it. It may take two people to do this so you can see exactly where the spray is hitting, since it is difficult to see exactly where it hits while you are in the car. My wife always helps me and we are done in a couple of minutes.

My pump was not working. Unistalled it, and when opened noticed that the gears where stucked. Easy to clean.
