has anyone under taken one of these conversions? I have managed to get hold of an instruction manual which covers the process very well. Any extra information / personal experiences would be helpful.

When hunting for a 911, I looked at a 77 that was professionally converted from targa to cab. Couldn't tell the difference between it and my friends 86 factory job. In my opinion, if well done, this is a great conversion.
