Hi, a dealer offered me a 2014 Porsche corporate demo with 4,000 miles, and offered 11% off MSRP and 2 additional years/ and extra 50K of factory warranty.
I'm not sure if he meant a CPO as he did not say those words, but by the warranty offer I am presuming CPO. If anyone has an understanding of what they mean by a corporate demo please tell me. Do you think that is a good way to go or do you think they were likely to have been pushed too hard when brand new and not broken in properly? Frankly I would think they would go to a bigger discount too as even some new 2014 models with less than 50 miles are getting 8-10% discounts. Thoughts?

You are getting a "new" car, not a pre-owned car. I'd be wary though as this sounds like a track day demo like PCNA brings out to events like the California Festival of Speed. They allow anyone over 21 willing to stand in line an opportunity to thrash one around an autocross course. Just make sure it ain't one of them there type a "new".
