I have heard nothing but good things about all those names on the list George gave you. If you are looking for someone in SF proper, try The Stable. I don't have their number handy, but I'm sure it's in the yellow pages. I used them 3 years ago when I purchased my SC. Charles is a very nice guy and he walked me through almost the whole process.

Yes, the Stable is excellent. If they are booked up (which is common) try Frank at Autosporthaus on Pine St. Aldo's also has a good reputation, although I haven't had any work done by them (unlike the Stable and Autosporthaus). Let me know if you need any help.
