Default Help needed.

Hello all of you Porsche geniuses. I am new to the Porsche comunity but I recently bought a 1973 911 with 2.4 L engine and K-Jetronic which has been sitting in a garage since 2001. But now to the problem I have. I have noticed that the intake and all of the fuel system is from a 2.7 car but the engine is 2.4. I have got the engine running but I can´t rev the engine. I did measure the fuel pressure from the fuel pump and it is around 5 bar and I did measure the pressure to the warm up regulator and it is 5 bar as well. So I think the problem is the WUR . Now to my question, the number on the WUR that is on the car is 438 140 033, are there any options or can I use any other numbers ???? The number on the fuel regulator is 0 438 100 006. Best regards Gudbjartur from Iceland. The car win no is 9113102926
