Default Winding Roads in S. Florida

Are there any?
Does anyone know of any nice curved back road we could go for a nice day drive in south Florida?
I'm sick of I-95, Turnpike and the likes. Is it asking too much??

I'd say that is asking too much. Get thee to a track.

To make the best of your (our) situation; Stay off the interstate and toll roads as much as possible. Florida does have plenty of scenic 2 lane roads all over the place. Exploring them may not be like Tail of the Dragon but well worth the drive for the view and history.
