Default Anyone see this 88 3.2 at Truspeed?

http://www.truspeedmotorcars.com/car...s.php?cid=2231

Been looking for a nice g50 and this looks pretty clean (maybe a bit pricey) but wanted to see if the sharp eyes of Rennlist could spot any issues or offer any insight.

What is a Rennfax that I have seen mentioned as well?

A "rennfax" is when you convince a fellow rennlister to go look at a car for you.

I recently saved a fellow rennlister the heartbreak of a lifetime and $80,000 by looking at a car at Eurocrap Collectables.

Truespeed has a much better reputation than many of the boutique Porsche sellers. You still have to do a PPI. .....at $42,000 it better come with hot blonde though.

Of course any car coming out of a dealer showroom floor is professionally detailed to the gills, but the 41K asking price doesn't make it any better than a privately bought car for 20K less from a standout Rennlist member.

I don't even think i washed my car last Summer ... but then again it has close to 60K of the best upgrades money can buy and i can install, and mechanicially it runs like a clock !

Keep looking, you will find YOUR car

Cheers
Phil

Thanks for the replies.

I might have to try this Rennfax process when I find the right car. I called on this one to sound it out and it sold a couple days ago anyway. I was also wondering why priced so high and it wires dangling from the inside!

There was some sort of aftermarket electronics hanging down below the stereo, wasn't there? Anyway, not to worry. On to the next one.

What a rip. I could get a 930 for that price.
