My tail, pictured above in post#5 this thread, came to me in another body color, as a factory installed tail, and the vent/louvers color was black - if I remember correctly, sort of a satin finish. I simply prefer it to be all red, so did not black out the vent area.

look at the option sticker under the hood, if it has option 473 it is originally equipped with a front and rear spoiler from the factory.... the only way to tell up front.

that is correct, the option sticker under the front hood with have option code 473 on it if the rear spoiler/tail was factory installed.
