Question COA Interpretation

I just received the COA for 73 Targa I recently purchased and hope that someone might help me with the interpretation of some of the information contained there-in. The car was brought into the country by the original owner from Amsterdam.
1973 911 TV Targa - What does the TV stand for?
Optional Equipment:
Netherlands Equipment - What would that be?
Stabilzer Bars - Didn't they all come with these?
Comfort Package - ???
Spoilers - I have an early picture with an S style front bumper but what else?
Heated Windshield - front & rear - The rear has the wires but other than a normal defrost in front what would they mean?
All and any comments greatly received - Thanks Paul

The TV means it's a 911T with carbs. The T's sold directly into the US were fuel injected in 73. Not all T's came with stabilizer bars. This was an option. I think the comfort package might have been "S" trim. Perhaps others can answer more of your questions.
