I had progressive difficulty with what I thought was failing ignition switch. Key would turn with no response but then fired on next attempt. This continued to worsen requiring multiple attempts and clearly time to fix. Searched and read through all posts on subject. Changed out ignition switch electrical side which is doable but tedious job while hanging upside down. Unfortunately..same problem. As per several posts, I followed up with electric contact cleaner/lube (radioshack) and completely resolved the issue. In retrospect I would have started with the spray cleaner and moved on to the other replacement and saved some time and $$$. Regardless - again appreciate the collective rennlist wisdom. td
