Default engine gaskets

Forgive me if this is a redundant thread, but I wanted to see if anyone had some advice or recommendations for an engine gasket set. Long story, but I am reviving my fathers old 911 that has not been running in 10+ years. The engine is out and gaskets are way overdue. I wasn't sure if there was a brand or source that are particularly better than another.
Just looking for some general suggestions.

Thanks

Hi,

All I can say here would be to avoid Victor-Reinz ones, if at all possible. Their QC leaves a lot to be desired.
