Nice craftsmanship on those Singers... Looking forward to pictures.

Do you have an idea what color you'd like?

Outstanding! Great choice. In that price range, it would be my choice too. Would love to see pics of the build process

The build will not start until late 2014, completed in 2015, so it will be awhile before there are pictures.

It will be the 360 hp 3.8L Cosworth, with a 6 speed. Standard Brembo brakes. Standard suspension. Roll bar not cage.

Color is up in the air. Thinking navy or stone grey with a tobacco interior. Open to ideas though.

That's a great call on your part, Singer certainly has a keen eye for the details that really make the endeavor special and unique. I will not be able to achieve that level of wealth in this life but I'm a blessed happy idiot with what I have. In fact, I'd dare say I'd buy it again as a more wealthy man in a second, good luck with the Singer, look forward to the photos.

Forget the tame colors, go for the all out old colors, Orange, Lime Green, or RS Grand Prix White with Martini Stripes. Leave the grays for the mortals.

Also I know Singer maintains likes to maintain the curves with the 964 rear spoiler, I would really consider the Duck tail as an alternative.

Enjoy the planning!

there are alot of stone greys out there... Im thinking, this is such a special car... it needs a special color that shows its time and age.

70's color are my choice... check out post 39 and 56.

I think that is a great decision.... I have contemplated selling my R8 GT to get a Singer. I am now on the verge of buying a well developed '83 911 SC track car to relieve my temptation - I don't know how long that will work:-)
