Default introductions
hey fellas. new to rennlist but a longtime porsche fanatic (i once owned a 67 911s). i just acquired a new to me 1989 carrera cab (46k miles). it's grand prix white w/blue. heated left and right seat, locking differential, short shifter, automatic speed control, sport shock absorbers, comfort seat left and right.

i want to introduce myself here cause i have a feeling i'll be spending a lot of time here.

That is a very beautiful cab. I usually don't get excited about white, but it comes together very well. Really nice . Good luck with it. I've been on the forum only since July, but its an awesome place to hang out.

thanks guys.

i'm actually in california. i bought it from powertech in nj. still waiting on the transport company so i'm literally sitting here anxiously for it. i'll post more pics once i get it. i'll also make sure the images aren't so big too. lol

My family got to San Francisco on foot. My grandfather was born just after the 1906 earthquake and lost his brother to typhoid fever in the aftermath. They had coffee shops in the market district until the mid to late 80's. Love that town.
