Default Just ordered Errebi replacement key for my 78 SC

Hey all.

The PO gave me a brass ignition key when he delivered my 78SC.
As some of you may know. Brass keys are softer than the factory made steel ones, and they tend to bend and can snap off.

So I perused eBay and found someone in Romania selling what looks like steel keys with the Porsche factory style head made of black plastic with the big key ring hole. The price was right so I ordered a pair.

I assumed (hopefully accurately) that due to the style of the key and it's similarity to the original factory key, that the shaft is indeed a nickel/steel blend rather than brass.

Can anyone confirm?

The keys arrived (I ordered 4) They were in fact steel and not brass and look exactly like the original Porsche keys, but say Errebi in them. I took them over to the local locksmith and he cut them for me and they are a perfect fit. Most of the other sellers on ebay wanted $20.00 a piece. I got 4 of them for $15.00 and gave 2 of them to a buddy. They only took 5 days to arrive.
