Not a given-many have painted their fans, but that could be the reason I think I see leftover oil stain (after steam cleaning) all over the case bottom.

No Motormasher rebuild.... Look at the bolts on the chain-boxes. The owner had to go out of his way for many a decade to pile on that much corrosion.

Just left of center, and 1/4 of the way down. You can see three of the fasteners.
