Nice looking spacers and a reasonable price too. Couple questions. The spacers look like they are made of steel. Do they have any kind of a rust inhibiting coating? If they are aluminum are they clear anodized?
I see yet another machine shop project I'm my future. I think a guy could probably safely shave some weight off of those spacers and balance them too. Just a thought.

Why do you need a spacer that is almost 2” thick? You do not want to run a spacer that thick, that uses extended stud length. If you need that much, you get the spacers that bolt on to your hubs, and have their own studs to capture the wheel. Your wheel bearings won’t be happy either.

Because I am running really wide wheels that don’t have a low enough ET to get the right clearance. Don’t worry about the bearings they will not be over stressed but briefly once a month. Have another set of wheels with proper ET for daily use-
