Resistance is futile...this vehicle is clearly the top of the marque for me, but the price seems ludicrous.
I'm no expert, but I'm betting someone could get close to this type of performance for way way less money...still...MY GOD WHAT A CAR!

Do the math, some of us have built similar, I hope they do the parts business model, that motor would be perfect in my car.

suspension I'd use Motons/Rennline mounts etc~$9000 +/-
trans G5032 ~$15000, G50/30 ~$20,000 your choice, RS linkage ~$400 +/-
motor ~$65000 +/-
wheels ~$4500 +/-
custom interior/rollbar/ sunroof delete ~$15000 +/-

I agree that the price is ludicrous. There's gotta be someone out there who can do the exact same car for less, how much less I don't know.
I wonder if they are flying out the door?

Lots of money but... a total restoration by a shop of say a MBz 190 sl starts at 100k not including what you spent for the vehicle and if most everything is in good condition. Most go much much higher.
They are rebuilding with modifications (more expensive0 using race grade materials and parts.
I doubt their profit margin is as high as one would think.

Half Mil is pretty steep, but it appears you get the best air cooled car known to Man! If you have the cash, why not! I'm sure Seinfled has one in his stable. There are so many incredible looking features to the car, let alone the performance, which is outstanding. He said they are going to offer lesser models, that are more affordable than the full blown one that was featured. Not sure if that's what he meany by low 3s or options in the future to make it more affordable. Regardless, it's the sickest Porsche I've ever seen!

Here's their website! http://singervehicledesign.com/

One my favorite color combinations. I would love to see a red interior in that smoke blue version they were working on.

This video was on the boards a few months ago.

It's no doubt a great car, but I could come pretty close for a fraction, but it wouldn't be a Singer, and they've built a name.

Maybe minus the TAG Heuer clock....

Sure it's a great car, but they miss the mark for my taste. It is too refined, too new, too modern. My head really enjoys going back in time. I want to travel back when I get into a 911, not into the future. Give me the old tub, but ditch the moving tail and xenon lights. My taste is Mangus, or TRE.

Impressive to be sure, but for my $500, it needs to have a flat 12
