I attempted to fuse the dash lights via the light switch today (Common mode found on IB & Pelican) but was unable to find the black and Blue wire which I believe is the one to fuse.

So I will need to take the switch out to locate the said wire, but excuse the French but I got my **** off, just don't understand what the Bentley manual says about the next step, no spanner is going to fit those pin holes!

Yep. Snap ring pliers will do it.
