Got both sides removed. Now I'm waiting on parts. Elephant spring plates and PB bushings (yes, I went for the good stuff) should be here by Saturday, but Pelican's estimated delivery on the torsion bars is nearly 3 weeks. I hope they do a little better than that.

After I get all of this back together, and get the ride height roughed in, I'm gonna need a 4 wheel alignment.

Corner balance before or after the alignment?
