Cheap wheel tire combo for 911
I need to move my car out of the garage to install a lift, and I no longer have tires on my Fuchs.
Wondering if anyone has run into the same issue, and what you have temporarily put on the car to move it.
I'm thinking of a cheap set of steel wheels that would fit the car, and some used up tires from a tire shop.
Thanks

cookies are usually cheap.. phone dials as well.. or 4 "spares" could be found. The challenge with the Porsche is the 5x130 bolt pattern. Tires? whatever you can find. Heck, even tireless wheels on some dollies might work.

Ian i have a set of wheels i can loan you for as long as you like. They were the ones on my car when i got it. The gold bbs style ones. Just let me know.
Will cost you nothing but the time to meet me to get em.

You can pick up a set of ragged Cup replicas for 300-400 dollars on the classifieds if you're lucky ...
I have a set with tires that i use for Winter storage when my car sits in the garage for the Winter months !
Cheers !
