Thank you for the warm welcome to this Forum. Nice. To answer the questions; black interior with leather seats in great condition. The car will not see the track but will be used as a daily driver. I Have been fortunate to have a special track car these past 12 years.

White is the best (and fastest) colour for an air-cooled 911!

Happy driving!

Yes. It came from CA. in the late 80's and was built for racing by Phil Bagley's Klub Sport in FL. Herb Wetanson owned it and it was raced expertly by Olga Rendlova with disc brakes until 2000. I bought it, converted back to drum brakes and have raced it ever since. Fun for DE's too!

So, buying a 911 and enjoying it do not always happen immediately. Got up early Sat. A.M. and drove 2 hours to Shelburne Falls, MA. on rt. 2 to meet my Porsche buddy Fran. He has a mild hot rod 964 that is just a blast to drive. We found some nice uncrowded roads to go play on. It was the first time I really got to exercise the 1988 and the 3.2 did not disappoint and surprised me by keeping pace with the 964. I was particularly struck by the "kick" from 4500 rpm on up. I have owned a 1975 (3.2), 1990 C4 Targa, 1993 RSA , 1995 C2 and now this car. This one is a unique combination of performance, comfort and smoothness.

Beautiful car - white is my favorite color for a pre-89 911.

It really was a great weekend to be out for a drive in New England, wasn't it?

Enjoy the car!`

Yeah, those air-cooled motors like it around 50F. More importantly, finding some open back roads where you can blast along with another 911 driver you trust is the best. Fran and I started with our 356's , then 912's a number of years back and we have grown into the 911's. These cars are the best!

yes, its about 50F here today and my car just wanted to GOOOO!!
man it's like the perfect temp or something - everything smooths out and she just "had to" not sure how many times I rolled up the speedo on my way to work...but it was enough for me to think about signing up for the track day on Black Friday

loving the 3.2 today
