That is good to know...I went from the stock '75 system which has a large pre-muffler and 1 into 1 exhaust- it was too quiet for me.

I think the OEM 2 into 1 Dansk muffler & my headers will end up sounding considerably better than my stock '75 system did.

Same here: 3.0 CIS, same cam grind, and SSIs as well. Huge thumbsup for the Dansk 2:1. Very sporty note, totally fine on the street, and WOT is louder than stock, to be sure, but not "turn your head and ticket me" loud. And the tone ...glorious!

This guy's Dansk Sport Muffler doesn't sound at all streetable to me....

Well, I put a '74 OEM muffler into the car today, and with the headers it is sufficiently loud, and it sounds just like a Porsche. Thanks everyone for sharing their own experiences...
